Commcoterie changes the way organizations change — for the better.
Companies, nonprofits, agencies, and other organizations on a mission to build a better world are under pressure, now more than ever, to make an impact
But designing effective strategies, communicating with all stakeholders, connecting the dots between now and next, aligning the north star of an organization’s vision with the nitty gritty of its day-to-day, and centering its people while staying true to its purpose are a lot of priorities for values-driven leaders to juggle in a constantly-changing world.
How Commcoterie helps decision-makers at values-driven organizations achieve their missions and visions
-

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
I help leaders define problems, challenges, and ideas so that together we can develop strategies that both help them achieve their visions and build strategic thinking into their day-to-day operations.
-

CHANGE MANAGEMENT
I anticipate barriers to change, develop human-centered approaches that support behavioral shifts, and align teams around a common purpose so that they can take agentic action to support organizational goals.
-

STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION
I develop clear and compelling communication for all stakeholders throughout initiatives of any size and scale, guiding individuals from the spark of a leader’s idea to the organization’s future state.
Caitlin Harper
Founder &
Principal Strategist
For more than 15 years, I have designed strategies and led change in businesses across the globe; grown phenomenal teams; and served organizations large and small as a strategist and organizational change, internal communication, and operations leader.
Now, as the founder and principal strategist of Commcoterie, I help decision-makers at values-driven organizations design strategies, navigate change, and develop stakeholder communication so that they can achieve their organizations’ missions and visions.
Clients
Leaders of companies, nonprofits, agencies, and other consulting companies on a mission seek out Commcoterie to help them uncover and untangle challenges, solve problems, design strategies, and create compelling communication that engages stakeholders internally and externally for long-term impact.
My collaborative work helps clients articulate and solve tough problems, build impactful offerings and operations, reduce their operating costs and better-utilize resources, increase internal and external stakeholder engagement, inspire behavioral change, build long-term change capabilities at their organizations, and achieve their missions and visions.
I typically partner with small and mid-size values-aligned organizations, ones that center people and planet, that make decisions with curiosity and compassion, and that want to leave the world better than they found it.
