    I am a strategist and thought partner for leaders of mission-driven companies and nonprofits who are navigating their teams through transformation.

    For more than 15 years, I have designed strategies and led change in businesses across the globe; grown phenomenal teams; and served organizations large and small as a change management, internal communication, and operations leader.

    Now, as the founder and principal strategist of Commcoterie, I help leadership teams drive program progress, navigate change, and develop stakeholder communication so that they can achieve their organizations’ missions and visions.
