How to Coach Yourself

 

When times are tough or we’re simply feeling stuck, it’s great to call upon the expertise of a professional coach to help us find our way forward—but we don’t always have the time or the money! In this workshop, we’ll learn how to create psychological distance, how to approach your self-coaching session mindfully, the framework of questions to ask yourself to gain greater self-awareness, and how to set goals to get you where you want to be.
